Overview
In collaboration with the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation, this project develops practical tools and frameworks for governments seeking to embed systemic innovation approaches within their public service delivery.
Approach
Through a participatory design process involving policy practitioners from 12 OECD countries, we co-created a toolkit that combines design thinking, systems practice, and evaluation methodologies. The toolkit bridges the gap between academic innovation theory and the practical realities of public sector reform.
