Facilitating the development of the Tourism Transition Pathways

Overview

This project focused on facilitating workshops with EU tourism stakeholders to co-create the tourism transition Pathway, focusing on the decarbonisation, digitalisation and resilience of the tourism industry in Europe.

Approach

Drawing on transition management theory and participatory backcasting I led some of the process that accounts for the diverse political, economic, and social contexts across EU member states. The process integrates stakeholder engagement, scenario planning, and pathway analysis.
