Overview
Commissioned by the European Commission, this project creates a comprehensive transitions framework that guides member states through the complex process of implementing the Green Deal at national and regional levels.
Approach
Drawing on transition management theory and multi-level governance analysis, we designed an adaptive framework that accounts for the diverse political, economic, and social contexts across EU member states. The framework integrates stakeholder engagement, scenario planning, and pathway analysis.
